DISNEY+ COPA AMERICA 2024: THE LEGACY SERIES

This docuseries goes beyond match coverage — it places viewers inside the Copa América, where pressure, intimacy, and emotion live before the cameras usually roll. Built from unprecedented proximity, it features the tournament’s most iconic players — from Messi, Di María and Julián Álvarez to Danilo, Luis Díaz, Moisés Caicedo and even Neymar — captured not as headlines, but as humans inside the story.
I worked as co-producer and creative lead, guiding the project end-to-end: from field access and editorial supervision to designing the full visual identity, campaign posters, social extensions, on-air graphics, the motion system, and VFX oversight in post. A rare hybrid role where production and storytelling live in the same hands — shaping not just what we captured, but how the world experienced it.
In its first week of release, the series became the most-watched sports documentary in all of Latin America, setting a new benchmark for how the Copa can be told when craft, proximity, and creative ownership align.
THE FRIENDSHIP DAY

To extend momentum beyond the platform, we activated the launch through social at the exact cultural moment of maximum emotional relevance: July, the anniversary of Argentina’s title and Friendship Day, a deeply rooted tradition in the country. We created a social piece that played with the parallel between football and friendship, tapping into the same emotional DNA of the series and reinforcing its core idea: legacy is not just about who lifts the trophy, but who lifts each other.
